Leah Nutting - President/Owner
With ten years of experience running a recruiting company and managing the full recruitment desk, I’ve been involved in every stage of the process—from business development and client relationships to candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement, and ongoing support. This experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to create successful connections between talented professionals and growing organizations.
I’m passionate about recruiting because I genuinely enjoy helping individuals find opportunities where they can thrive and helping clients find the right people to support their goals. The most rewarding part of my work is creating the right fit for both sides and building relationships that make a lasting impact.
My company, Willow River Talent Solutions is inspired by and named after my two daughters, Willow and River. They are the heart behind my business and remind me every day of the importance of purpose, growth, and meaningful relationships. Through Willow River Talent Solutions I’m committed to providing a personal, thoughtful, and relationship-driven recruiting experience for every client and candidate from start to finish.
